Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Its the worst company management is poor and there is nothing to learn

Poor management very high pressure and seniors behaviour they did not help and pf is deducted from your account account department has done so much fraud with your pf account

Nepotism,Politics and Suppressions is not only linked to bollywood ,sports or politics,it even happens in offices and could happen to any of us. I joined Affy Pharma pvt ltd (Noida) in jan 2020 as Marketing Executive . After Mid April due to creept politics in office ( all thanks to GM of Operation) and the management of the company they accused me about not working properly and about receiving few complaints from clients (which was completely fake) as I already had written appreciations from my clients. Then after 15 May, they cunningly asked me to hand over company provided phone for sim portability once this was done I got the termination letter from the company next day. I got exploited by company.I followed up Affy Group with no response for more than a month with no response. Please be Aware! My account with company was also not settled by them after Termination. I have been totally thrashed fown by the poor management politics of the company.Is Anybody could help??? As this too is something which could push people to mental issues . Please share ,help and spread so that no one else would be harmed.
