Nothing to like about work in this company.

Dislikes

Every thing. Work culture is toxic. Micro management is done. SDET Manager track each and every thing, constantly track laptop working hrs, and also give his work to other employees who is work under his teammates. Always cry to allow leaves for his employees.

Work-life balance is good

Inspite of being a publicly listed organization, the company doesn't have a HR head. The policy changes every quarter and no one know about the changes. It has a ridiculous appraisal policy and no one bothers about it and then there is a non-existent learning policy.

Likes

1. No work life balance 2. You have to work on multiple projects and tasks means minimum 6 project's handover to you as a QA or tester and only 1 tester is responsible for all this projects. Still they want output from you like tester is robot or something else. 3. No appraisal 4. Micro manager plays a very dirty politics with you. 5. They can fire you at any moment. 6. No KT is provided, you have to work from your starting day.

Dislikes

You have to work on Saturday and Sunday unofficially to fulfill your managers expectations otherwise you will be fire.

Until and unless you do not want to grow and you just want to settle down, this could be the perfect place.

Dislikes

Your work is never acknowledged and appreciated. An employee leaves the company not just because of money, culture, work etc but also the manager's poor supervision as well. No support and biased behaviour of the manager leads to the exit of a good employee. Work should be valued till the time the employee is in the company.

The management is incompetent, arrogant, rude, unethical and also... lucky. A company ran by such terrible people should have gone down a long time. For me it is only a matter of time. Anuj Khanna Sohum -> Their CEO is obsessed with showing growth to stock market. Has no idea about product or engineering or nothing at all. He is self absorbed and arrogant. He actively tells everybody he is better than everyone at their jobs. Comes across as pleasant but will stab you in the back without hesitation. A horrible human being who lives comfortably in Singapore while his team suffers in India. Kapil Bhutani (CFO) -> A disgusting brutal henchman that will turn anything (even the simplest) of conversations into an unpleasant negotiation. He will treat people like excrement in every call, his team is terrified of him and he is terrified of Anuj. He will do any tricks possible with accounting to show good numbers. Charles Yong (CTO) -> A sad sad little man that is completely unaware of what goes on in the technology teams. He is a pencil pusher. Never goes to India, his team disrespects him actively. The fact that he is the CTO of a public company is laughable. Anuj Kumar (CRO) -> A coward and a clown that had to escape to Spain to not deal with Anuj Khanna (who he is terrified of). He has no idea how to manage a sales organization, can't achieve organic growth with any of the subsidiaries. He is pathetic. DO NOT WORK FOR AFFLE OR ANY SUBSIDIARY, THEY ARE A SINKING SHIP, THEY WILL TRAUMATIZE YOU FOR LIFE AND THEY WILL ENJOY IT. KARMA WILL TAKE CARE OF THEM.
