It's a good company to learn, u get salary on time. Affinity Express is leading advertising company in US/UK. Digital advertising vertical is now imarging in Advertising and affinity gives you great chance to learn and makes u strong to face worst situation in your career.

Salary is very very less, no one is important only top level management takes desicion and every one has to follow, HR has no power. Salary in top level employees is getting higher and lower level employees is struggling to full fill his daily needs. Worst company to earn.

Getting to learn the very basics of designing, through various sessions like design review sessions and design audits. (for freshers).

... career here. The management brings in rules accordingly to keep up the slavery. There's a scheme for achieving daily productivity, where if you don't, that day's salary will be deducted and you'll be marked an unplanned leave (which reflects on your overall score). and the notice period

Team Members are very helpful rather than nothing pleasant.

Salary growth is so low. On top of it comapny have 3 month of resign periods which we have to serve before making exit. Top management is not at all responsible for anything except filling there pockets. Junior people are consider as a dustwhich according to manager plays no role to the company.

Training Period is all you get best from these people! and anyone new then they will be able to learn Mac OS!

...! 4. TL's Cant speak proper English! 5. They give you 2.4 package at joining....n after that all you get is salary based on your performance which will be ranging from 9000 to 13000 only....better to work as labor on construction site. 6. no appreciation for good work. 7. No fix team and desk....You have to keep on asking for daily work to different different TL. As you salary based on monthly performance 8. Nothing but a worst experience overall...this kind of organizations must be shut down! they are just playing with peoples future! 9. they don't take any responsibilities for travelling. You have to pay from your salary for night travel too. and that's the reason they have opening throughout year...people leave this firm with bad experience!
