...ime to even have food. You will work longer hours without getting over time pay. Average Salary of designer is 18-19k per month. Even managers are getting paid at low as 45k per month.. Condition is so poor that they can only hire junior people or who have basically no experience.. If you are friends with manager or somr good people then only you will get promotion else you will stuck at your previous role for almost your whole career. I will not recommend anyone to join AffinityX. But yeah if you want to buy something and pay your emi like mobile or bike or something that you want in your early teens you can join and get paid and resign.

Everything like Affinity has lots of office politics, and if you deny any proposal you will get fired or be in pip or apip and they target you every time for useless thing even for there mistakes and if you if you agree to what they say you will get promoted and salary hike and they also get threatening that i will fire you or will do this that etc

There are far better companies you can join. But never join this company. Likes would be, I got few good collegues to work with, and they taught me well. If you are a fresher yes this will be a good company. But for experienced I would say a big NO.

...t it is doing so much for their employees 😕. Leaves are less, no sick leaves. Growth in salary and promotion please 🙏don't expect. I only worked for 6 months and I quit, best decision I ever made.

... designers have to work on the same templates which are being used from decades. You can be terminated anytime and they make you work overtime, approve your extra pay for overtime but you never receive that extra pay. This company literally makes a fool of freshers. Lots of internal politics and the worst work culture any organization can have. They hold 'Culture and Values' session which is a total irony as none of those values are followed or practiced by any of the employee here. If you're joining as a fresher and as a Graphic Designer then please don't expect that you will actually get to 'design'. These people will kill your creativity.
