Dislikes

Frequent changes in hr policy without any discussion with employees. No casual leaves and in case of sick leave have to produce certificate even when you are sick for one day. Also sick leaves are very less. Pl also very less. After working for a year then only you will get PL. For taking those leaves also one has to struggle. Korean management should understand this is Korea and not India. You have to adopt Indian style of working. When everyone enters MD cabin employees have to stand in military pose. India is a democratic country you cant impose such rules on us. And atleast show courtesy and ask employee to sit. Not a typical mnc. Have u heard of mnc where there are no office boys. Here everyone has to become office boy. Packing work, packing gifts, etc. Here a person has to do even personal work of MD. And if not done he shouts in loud voice. Employees should be responsible only for doing official work and not personal work. Marketing people have to use public transport for important business meetings. No traveling allowance given. Good company only for freshers. But for experienced people kindly avoid such company as your previous experience will not work here. The management is very stubborn. They want to work their way. No proper job description. Hence conflict arises as the work of office assistant is also given to executives. Unstable marketing department. People not sticking with company for long time. One has to prove their work by giving daily report mentioning number of working hours. Nothing for employee benefit.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

No proper HR Policy In a year you will get only 12 holidays. No sick leave no causual leave. For one day SL you need to provide medical certificate. For sales personnel no travelling allowance was provided and ask to use public transport services..
