Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I will strongly not recommend anyone to join Aether Industries Cafe cum Canteen which is not at good they will throw you out anytime without any specific reason they will not ask you anything it’s just happening because of Kajal Kathiriya Who is handling Cafe if she is there in Aether it’s not good for Aether Industries Cafe
