The best part about the company is its remuneration.Even in these tough times ,the company has been excellent in paying the employees. Overall growth is fine . Workload is more .Overall average work life balance. But if you are a person looking out for easy leaves ,then this is not the right place for you. Though , exigencies are taken care of..but leaves don't go well with the authorities concerned.
