This company just growing moderate and they have useless HR Team they won't come to office .Some employees they give benefit and some employees working from home.No policy for employees they change in words.

They not even pay travel expenses when you go for client visit and even u work blue collar job they pay good salary.. For internship and learning you can join this company.after you master it leave this company. You move to good company in Saravanan Patti. They give so much torcher in notice period and send you out like anything. Accounts team is lazy they always speak rules but not work..

...ulprits. They will literally torture you for months and ruin your mental health. They literally make you work all day and night, even on the weekends but when it comes to salary, they refuse to give it. You can't even expect your salary from this organisation, they deny it by giving some lame, false, rubbish and stupid excuses. You can't get your hard earned money from this company. And in case, if you ask for it, either you get fired or CEO Ramesh asks you to leave the organisation. Also, to all the girls who are willing to start their career with this company I would suggest you to read enough reviews about this organisation as I read an article which is present on the internet itself that the CEO Ramesh doesn't care about the molestation that goes on within the company with their Female Employees, this article has been written by one of their former female employees. No complaints get registered and no action gets taken. They literally torture you and target your mental health for everything! No scope of learning new things.. only trauma! In case you might be thinking about all the 5-star reviews, let me just clarify that all these reviews are fake and has been written by some old employees who are currently present at the top and ruling the company, they all torture you for your own salary. These reviews are not authentic and no need to trust on fake 5-star reviews.👎 Only 1-star reviews are organic, real and genuine which are being written by all the victims of this company. Please be aware and save yourself from this disaster which unfortunately got faced by me and several others. Thank me later!

Only benefit is I got good friends. Good for freshers. that too in 1 - 2 years one has to switch.

Very low package. No AC. they will give 1 fan to 2 person. Need to work for long hours. want to experience Hell, then join this company.
