This is not an company. This is lala ki dukan they just ruined your career. Owner have 0% business knowledge. Daily basis hiring and firing peoples everyone playing on them fingers to owner.

Everything fake they just importing stock from china and selling in India after changing the sticker and saying make in India totally fake

The organization is extremely open minded and bounds itself to no limits in terms what they can achieve, and the same ideology is also passed on to every member of the organization. People are results driven but still manage to stay positive in their approach, the ability to be results driven and still have no negative pressure is a massive plus point of this organisation. Fairly small team but very efficient in their working and the culture. Very cordial and friendly bunch of people working together to achieve success for the common goal.

Great experience, got opportunity to work with latest market trend High quality products, has a established client base, firm marketing strategy makes easy to approach partners - end clients. Another plus point is very friendly and helpful nature of all colleagues makes work easy in collaboration.

Working at Aero Digital was quite a learning experience, Management is quite flexible and welcome new ideas for business development. I got a free hand to recruit right kind of talent and rarely I have come across a sales driven organization with zero negative pressure. Mr Sunil khera has added quite a unique mix of products which are technically exciting.
