The company always pays attention toward continuous improvement. As its my first job, I got to learn so many things about how industries work. As its small scale industry, I can observe how all departments works. I got to know importance and interaction of all departments for production. I liked the way all departments works with good interaction and well communication. It helped me to know how cycle runs from raw material to customer. Dislikes

Lack of Motivation for Freshers. They give full work load on new employee without proper training. They give all responsibilities without training. Lack of appreciation which lowers confidence.
