Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

I like nothing.

Dislikes

...nt but last year due to cost cutting, our manager didn't approve a single leave. I didn't even get my compensation for that. You have to park your vehicles in soaring heat. Once, they stole my helmet. When I reported it to the management or security officers, they didn't even bother to investigate. HR says he's too busy to watch the CCTV footage. Harassment is done in the name of work.

Salary is good, please but don't look out that, it may be your same salary for next 2-3 years.

Dislikes

It is a horrible experience for me, company culture in not at all good, no value for people who work, no respect. Any time you may get fired even within 1 month of joining and I have seen this. Think 1000 times before joining this co even if you get compensation as per your requirement because after that you feel salary nothing against your respect.
