No respect of old team members, new come and order to old members. Owner also did not give respect to their team members. They always shout on mistakes and never give you appreciation when you are deserves that.

Not a professional Organization, Few HOD control the whole organization and not a healthy place to grow for professionals, Suitable only for freshers as they need to learn but if you are smart and skilled you will not be able to work in this organization full of people pleasers

The company are ready to adopts latest technologies infact engineers will get trained to adopt into the new technologies as well. I was reporting to General Manager (Hemalatha Annad ) Who is very supportable and will be taking care of our future as well as in the personal life.

If the company management gives equal rights to all the employees, which would be very comfortable to learn a new technologies and implement too.. thanks for understanding.
