Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

...nally well still you will get 10 to 12% increment so will evryone in the office. Salary is on time.

Salary increment is not that good. Whatever salary you are getting they divide them into two parts like if your salary is 30k they will pay 27k+3k and the 3k which is the performance bonus as per this firm will be paid quarterly subject to the TL's review. There is minor deduction in this performance bonus based on the marking. Also the increment you get in the September month is on 27k instead of 30k.
