Sometimes it's difficult to get our point across to the Japanese management as they don't understand where we're coming from.

Good work environment and culture. There is a good cafeteria. They give a good salary, overtime, and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and partially in the team. There is a bound of three and half years before which you can resign. Vaishali Sawant is an employee of the company she is very much rude behavior every employee, she is not given to respect any employee, the company hr also supported her. Not her any gainst to action. She is used to abusing language on the floor. But still, she is working on the company, not against action to her till date.

What I most like was friendly environment and our boss was so cool nd was very hardworking too. He also take cares of his staffs health and other problems.

Dislikes

The politics. There were some people who never like to see other people growing up in the organisation.

I'm very thankful to the company that they have given me an opportunity to work with the firm, excellent management truly appreciate the work they think about the each and every employee specially who works at ground level I feel secure in the company after working here from past three years, all my team mates are like my family speaking about the company policy we have smooth policy

To be very honest there is nothing disliking about the company about career growth Aeon Credit Service India Pvt Ltd is best from others working environment is very friendly in the firm

Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

No career growth path Strict working hours. Even 10 minutes late is considered as late mark. Not good for IT people who works in flexible timings for weekends and after business hours for implementations.
