...ny since 1.5 years after achieving all the golas still am waiting for appraisal. Company hires mostly freshers on hight package salary if your looking for good package can apply this company

I am enjoying to work in aegon life insurance company because in this company the staff and the senior management are very good and helpful that's make the difference as compare to other company. I also like to join again this company if company hire me.

Dislikes

I am disappoint with the company when company has to take a decision to close the all agency challen branches including where I have to work also. I am just join before 6 month in the company after resigning my previous job . After that company decision I am struggling to find a new job .

Competition is decent, but growth is slow. The work is very high. Some time I have to work 14 - 16 hours. Company is good. But, Company is loss & channel is closed all over pan India. All over pan India Employees are resigned.

Process oriented, good incentive structure, training and knowledge equipments provided,family atmospher, excellent R&R , nice place to work as both Employee and Advisor oriented organization.

Work pressure is very high .
