One of the worst company to work in. Only work pressure and responsibilities are increasing not salary and promotion. Company is forced to work more than 12 hours a day sometime and gives no holidays when required. Employees do not get their bills payed on time. Takes 6 months to 1yr.

I recommend people from Tamil Nadu to join as they have good support from asm nd RSM rest south states don't join nd waste u r time Especially in Telugu states beware don't join if u join u may loose u r credibility in market bcz of this company

Work culture veey bad, less salary, no promotion, no skill development, bosses assign their personal legal work ans cases, no job satisfaction, poor daily expenditure reimbursement policy

Work life balance is very good and there is a job security. Even in tough times company will not fire employees to cut costs because already they are paying very less as compared to industry.

Dislikes

...ts. Zero activity from HR side. Appraisal does not happens based on performance. Low salary as compared to industry. Young generation does not stay for a long because of the zero activity.

The pay was decent, and the scheduling flexibility allowed for some balance.

Management operated with a ruthless disregard for employees' professional input, often dismissing concerns without discussion. Supervisors scolded staff in front of peers lie we were children, making it impossible to maintain morale. The environment felt childish, with petty micromanagement and arbitrary rules. The owner mentality among higher-ups clearly prioritized profit over patient care or employee well-being.
