... HDFC PROCESS IN DOMIVLI PALAVA MUMBAI . THEY DONT HAVE ANY PROPER ORIENTATION . THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN ANY WORK FROM HOME N NO SALARY DURING COIVD 19 . I WILL NEVER RECOMEND ANY ONE , THEY MAKE LOT OF FRAUD IN YOUR CTC , THEY DONT GIVE YOU OFFER LETTER ON TIME . I HAVE WASTED MY CRUCIAL YEARS ON MY CAREER IN THIS USELESS ORGANISATION .

Managers are supportive, they are ready to help and appreciate your innovative ideas, even let you work on those ideas as well along with the work you are allocated. Surely you'll learn new things and also learn the office politics.

...s non-technical managers, so don't expect them to answer your technical queries.Don't even expect them to pay more for your innovative ideas and work, instead they'll make your ideas theirs and use them to impress the clients, so clients don't know how much of the effort you put in or in other words no exposure to client. Growth is slow and sometimes work pressure is too much. Its good to switch to other company after an year experience as they rarely do appraisals.

That place are very good and my trainer ma is good she is very sporting any one person's and also my team leader is also sporting me any time that are rease I like to aegis company

There is A lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue salery is decent but career growth is slow

Well its a good mnc company peoples are supportive here and its a nice place to work here and i am happy that i am still the part of this company🤘👍

Well salry is not so good Enough and i think management of this company should need to do work hard to get this company on top level.
