We undergo LEAP programmes which help us in enhancing our capabilities in handling team and our communications in a much better way. Dislikes

...ehave and knows no respect for subordinates which brings discomfort among teams. Team leaders are nothing less than punching bags vitimized and sadly salary gets wrongly deducted.
