Some manager are working as Boss not as a leader which is not good for team members.

Bad work life balance. Very bad health insurance, will recommend to buy a personal health insurance. Insurance guys don't give you the claim and HRs won't help. There is a HR policy that employees can't work more than 56 hours a week to maintain work life balance. But what happens is you will work more than 56hours can won't be allowed to book more than 56 hours. LOL

Everything other than ontime salary is comes under dislikes, totally client oriented & non trustworthy company. Nobody's there to support you. Company Officials & Client Targets you in everything. I have worked in building construction, highways & bridges and oil & gas but never seen this type of unethical company. They fire you whenever they want. Worst place to work. I will give -ve stars if possible.

Hiring as a project engineer 2months training without salary with the client like shell....startup project in petrol outlet program manager don't know the technical aspects.... every time only shouting... nothing to listen what suggestions we are suggested as per our experience... torcher for the job security

Only salary in time nothing else worst manager full of ego always should don't know how to execute in terms of technical aspects site timings 8:00am to till night when contractor will move from side....2 hrs journey to reach the site it mean u left from 6:00 am every day from your home. This is not PMC project we are working like contractor be careful for petrol outlet like shell PMCM projects.

Nothing to more like except timely Pay cheque. in one word i will say that PMC Division of AECOM India is Disaster. if you don't have any other option out of 8 planet, 195 countries and 220 Million Companies then it will be great place for you.

...ur expectations and mental health that a) client are not happy with our works. b) Project financially not performing as per management expections and you guys are still getting your salary on time, high time to think.) In a nutshell if you don't have any other similar option in terms of salary and project type then only come and learn to work in unnecessary corporate pressure, don't come for the sake of big brand name of AECOM. Do a bit of R&D before joining about specific project by connecting more people from similar job profile on LinkedIn or through personal contacts. Best of luck
