Transfer.. need transfer to my native place but not get it just due to other project business unit.

Appraisal of every employee depends on performance that will enhance to the employee to be more hard working and more proactive that will give the company a better workforce to sustain the requirement of the client satisfaction.Politics has no way in Aacom since we fallow the company policies and we can learn more ideas for learning new technologies regarding environmental needs.

Some experience in aecom are when you are out number in workforce, some people are discriminating others and giving a unbalance situation. Like work distribution

Role and responsibilities to be more clarity required.Interven of HO management is required.Inter project transfer will be playing more security for the job .

Increment - 6 to 7 percent Promotion - no Job security - after project completion no transfer Except that good company to work
