Work life balance apart from clients doldrums it was ok , Good culture within management, timely salary and other benefits.

Job security is worse here, u can compare it with some 3rd class company where u can be fired right away if client rejects the contract.

I learned all new project and Best Environment nature of Work and management. Best Policies about salary hikes and bonous

There is no reference to another projects. No transfers even no mutual transfers.

Transfer.. need transfer to my native place but not get it just due to other project business unit.

Some experience in aecom are when you are out number in workforce, some people are discriminating others and giving a unbalance situation. Like work distribution

Role and responsibilities to be more clarity required.Interven of HO management is required.Inter project transfer will be playing more security for the job .
