...nagement is not judging employees with their qualifications and ability of work. They are judging people by their salary. If your salary is high there are high chances of termination. But transit department is not like that. If you are looking into job at Aecom go for transit department. Regional Director of this department ( Mr Neil Banerjee) are really good people. More than 150 people are working under him with full satisfaction. In transit department there are good hr rule.

...nagement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcad for chilling. Company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn' t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 6 months before which is you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

You can see the ratings I had given above.. I like everything in Aecom, support staff, working environment, compensation & increments.

Transfer.. need transfer to my native place but not get it just due to other project business unit.
