There is no pipeline for projects. Sometimes you have to wait for projects resulting in charging on overheads.

Poor Work culture, personal and professional growth is zero, bad management, no job security, loss of mental and physical health. Everything is there to dislike.

Good thing is that, only salary done on time and all other things are in my dislike list.

1) No job security here higher authority can remove the employee any time. 2) Work culture is just horrible. 3) Management is worst I have seen in my job life. 4) Company policies are just to showoff nothing will help to employee.

If you are favourite then everything is excellent like opportunities, salary and bonus etc

Lot of politics, management doesn't address issues and not supportive. HR at its worst. No one helps you. No flexibilities for mothers who have small kids. The worst experience. Specially the water and urban development department.
