There was a freedom of knowing & learning new areas. And work life balance is good.

No response & No team work was seen. You will be given a task which is not related to your profile. And if you try to bring to notice of any observations, the top management will simply throw on your head to solve that observation. No SOPs and no systematic work culture. Majority of staff are trying to escape from their duties due to work pressure, because they have to manage their job with limited staff.

More comfortable to work with this atmosphere.Main supplier of LMW.They provide food and accommodation. It was an limited company.

Dislikes

In there was various division are under one roof. In staff catogary there was no time limitation. Exten time according to work.
