We work 50+ hrs a week for money, yet the one thing we don’t talk about openly is… salary. Focus on quality of work

Dislikes

Poor management, no work life balance, focus on number of hours put in rather than actual work, hideous HR policies, no fexibility in working hours or compensation for odd hours, no clear vision of the company only dependent on few consultants for entire revenue generation, too much micro management, no incentives for hard work and orders closed.
