Poor work life balance. No salary hikes no PF. wheather you are engineer or a graduate you will treat similarly. production matters more than employees health. company don't even provide Mediclaim.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

BUS Service is available for almost all nearby locations. too much to learn but only if you try to learn things independently.

Salary is a big issue no PF deduction. no salary hike. management is too poor. even engineers working on machines are treated like 10th-pass students. nothing to learn only focus is production and target due to this lots of time they are forced to do overtime.

People are not Respecting Hierarchy Salary is not up to in standard Canteen Subsidies not providing Not good connectivity to access from Banglore City Advik Have very good Appraisal policy and system but Narasapura Plant Promotion and Appraisals controlled by GM GM is not having control over words and has poor technical skills and poor team management skills Advik is good organization but GM is very much demotivating fellow doesn't have motivational skills and team handling skills,employee satisfaction is also a great thing to achieve a company great height ,top management should take care .

No canteen subsidies No proper route of transportation. Transportation without use also deductions of salary amounts. No medical facilities proper, mediclIm 80:20 ratio for claim and 50%share required to pay.
