Too many ups and downs in the company. With the acquisition, the company grows but also carries a risk in relation to work load, lower bonus. However, job security is good.

Culture is good & employees are taken care in terms of professional growth. Salary & other perks are good. Also there is extra curricular activities for employees like cricket, carrom, table tennis in office to get some relaxation time.

Internal politics in IT Team & unwanted promotion to undeserved employees. Also Awards are been given to non performer employees in IT team. Seriously its a big question mark..?
