Salary is on time, Additional expenses are paid when working on other projects of the company, employees are good and collaborative, every work is deals technically with good policy and procedure.

Won't provide any additional accommodation rather then salary, when working at permanent site .

This is great company, with great work culture. Pros : Good people, good culture, food, campus, leaders, owners, work life balance, no pressure work

Dislikes

Cons : No or little promotions, very little increment, huge salary imbalance between new joinees and employees working for more than 5-10 years.

No work life balance as well no salary growth as per your education ...company culture are also poor ..management blaming every time to Juniour..also customer told for 7 day work on week..

The work culture and the atmosphere is very good. Overall I can say, It is the best place to work here.

Dislikes

I can say about social and sports activities are not take place. As I have joined this company there're never any quiz and other compitition are held by this company. They've just started this things but let see, when it'll execute this. As per my point of view, whenever you achieve something or complete something then they never give certificates or something else to that candidate(me).
