1) Appraisal System , you don't get salary as per the market standard 2) Promotions are judgemental, they do favoritism 3) Work is on Assembly and C mostly in SoC level, you don't get exposed much to SV and UVM 4) Work politics by Hyderabad folks , they don't let you get the good work and they don't do knowledge transfer well , they are insecure folks who always envy bangalore folks and even management is silent on this
