No any particular time for increment. No standardization in increment. No bonus No EPFO for all No celebration on festival No phone allowed (thats understandable, not big issue) No responsibility if you have misspunch Only Boundation and unnecessarily work pressure due to old computer system and management of relatives. if they think it is not good for employee then they are right. they do not feel what is actual needs employees.

Benefits are okay, but as of now its going down so RSU and ESPP is in great loss

...wasted no one cares all are like puppies no one listens when you say anything. They wont give any weekends they will just to come without any extra pay or awards

* Gives chance to Freshers * 3000-4000 increment is fixed every year for engineers with B.Tech degree. * Good and Supportive People, at least in Unit-1 * Women Friendly Enviornment * Comfortable timings, Gate Pass/Short leaves, 2 Leaves per Month. Just keep your work completed, then there'll be no issue. * Reimburses TA of Rs100 per day if your monthly leaves are 2 or less than 2. * Even if your work is average, If your behaviour is good and you are consistent with your attendance, you'll have a good job security here. MD Nalinikant Gupta ji is big hearted person, he rarely fires anyone. But you'll have to face his anger in case of mistakes and errors.

...working as a clerk entering data! * Poor Work Culture in Production Department * Salary is good, but no employee benefits at all!! * No HR to listen to the employees, you've to talk to the MD directly for every problem whether personal or work related * Increment is not given on time from last 2 years. Always delaying for months. * Still following 6 day work week * No WFH for IT Engineers!!

AMD is a very good company to work . Work life balance is awesome . Especially for female employees this company is very good. Lots of benefits and growing company .

Pay can be better for contractors Recognition for contractors needs to be improved .

... personal and Full time employees. 2. Work pressure is more comparable Intel. 3. Salaries is very less, if you have 9+ experience they will give you less salary. Forget about your hike. 4. No skill development. 5. They won’t give KT( Knowledge transfer). 6. They wont give you more leaves if you avail you will be removed soon. 7. Don’t like work culture. 8. More politics, more discrimination between North people and South people. 9. They will simply remove you, based on your lead feedback.
