The company is open to learn many things. I always love to work in ABS since I had good team who always support us and we work like friends. There is lot scope to learn so many things about bolting technology since we are dealing many industries like windmill, automobile, oil and gas, automobile, mining.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow. I have to travel lot so that I couldn't plan anything before. We cannot preplan anything for our own , anything will happen at anytime. We have to be ready for anything.Since dealing with customers, everyone cannot be kind and good .

...ry supportive and knowledgeable. (Accounts, Sales, Design, Service & Quality) 4. Salary is on time. 5. 2nd and 4th Saturday off. 6. HR is good, and the company has a good leave policy. 7. Management is knowledgeable and has a strong understanding of business.

Dislikes

1. Office politics to a great extent. 2. Improper hiring : Hiring is done on the basis of the name of their previous organization rather than actual knowledge. 3. Management is supportive till you are in their good books. This may affect your appraisal. 4. Job security: you can be fired at any time. But they will give you time to search for a new job. 5. Many seniors lack expertise but still take credit of juniors work, also giving wrong tips to management because of their insecurity and fear. (sab me karta hu isko kya ata hai.) 6. Work-life balance is there, but again, it depends upon your manager and unnecessary meetings. 7. Overall, the company is good, but get ready to sacrifice your mental peace and self-respect. Enjoy.

Management is listening your words whenever it is needed. Man then what you want 5. Colleagues, and Managers are Friendly enough to make your work so smooth..

1. Compensation are getting quit long to recharge. 2. Thats it Wherever we go, we have to adapt and Make friendly environment otherwise every company would difficult. If any Dislike have to say. We can Say that to regarding Person in our company, That is the freedom every person have here..

Management unprofessional approach. Process and Sysytems. Salary cut due to app login and log out. Every month had this Loss of 2 to 3days.

Nothing to like, you will hate doing job once you work with this organisation. Only benefit that you will get your salary on time.

Very Bad. No Job Security, they can ask anytime for resignation and will pressurise too, this happened with lot of my collegues and with me too. Live location have to share while on field from every customer workplace.
