1. Office Politics to great extent even at top management and juniors. 2. Improper hiring : Hiring is done on the basis of the name of their previous organization rather than actual knowledge. (Dumb people with more work experience are hired) 3. Management is supportive till you are in their good books. This will also effect your increment. 4. Job Insecurity : you can be fired at any time. But they will give you time to search for new job. 5. Many seniors lack expertise still take credit of juniors work also giving wrong tips to management because of their insecurity and fear. (sab me karta hu isko kya ata hai.) 6. Overall company is good but get ready to sacrifice your mental peace and self respect. Enjoy.

Management unprofessional approach. Process and Sysytems. Salary cut due to app login and log out. Every month had this Loss of 2 to 3days.

Nothing to like, you will hate doing job once you work with this organisation. Only benefit that you will get your salary on time.

Very Bad. No Job Security, they can ask anytime for resignation and will pressurise too, this happened with lot of my collegues and with me too. Live location have to share while on field from every customer workplace.

The company is open to learn many things. I always love to work in ABS since I had good team who always support us and we work like friends. There is lot scope to learn so many things about bolting technology since we are dealing many industries like windmill, automobile, oil and gas, automobile, mining.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow. I have to travel lot so that I couldn't plan anything before. We cannot preplan anything for our own , anything will happen at anytime. We have to be ready for anything.Since dealing with customers, everyone cannot be kind and good .
