1. No limits on Working hours. There is no time limit and No over time paid. 2. 7 Days working including Sunday. If you refuse than go home immediately for permanent and forgot your job. 3. If you make a mistake during regular job time than it is your fault and if others made mistake than this is also your mistake. 4. No work life balance. 5. Forgot about job security. 6. They can force you for customer visit without any allowance. 7. You can stay many days and night also at customer end at your own money.

Wrost working environment, they will put unnecessary pressure on their employees and there is no job security. When I am working there in my front approx 6 to 7 employees terminate for no reason. Baddest company I ever seen in my life. There is no rule and regulations in favour of employees.

Work life balance is average, that you will find almost similar taste in Faridabad. But slightly better than other companies

As a fresher you can learn many things here but now the working culture of this company is so terrible hr policies is also very poor so many politics in this company if you are going at senior post them my advised for you that unemployment is better than the working in this company.

the company is open to innovation and latest technology i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable so i like work environment another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

compensation and benefits is good but not satisfactory and also work pressure is very high sometimes i have 14-16 hours straight in a day company politics is not good so there is no job security
