Literally nothing. Don't join even if you're unemployed. The low payment isn't worth the toxicity this workplace behols. Would rate it in negative if I could.

...arnings if they caught you talking to the colleage sitting right next to you 4. Payment not on time and wouldn't pay for the last month you worked there. 5. The hr initiates half of the office politics 6. You can't even talk to your colleagues after office or hangout with them during weekends. 7. They will make you block each other from personal phones if caught talking 8. 90% of the people are interns and not employees, no real growth opportunity
