...vent and maneger are partial with local employee they not supportive at joining.time they will offer joining bonus but they not given any task complicated task not completed they deduct the salary not valued the developers effort. Not valued employee . Management are not proper they delayed your documentation. Managers are not skilled any doubt you they not resolved many dirty politics are there manger teach to consultant how to do politics. It's very bad for culture
