In this company i like only teammates they help each other And one more is loan facility they are giving.. That ll be help us when we are in difficult conditions. but still they hv to improve,actully Hyundai is a very well company in word but don't know why advaith Hyundai like this

I dislike about salary.. Very less salary they are giving and there is no increment for every year...and one more here is no cl pecility.there is no leave. full month we have to do work this is very difficult to do .and no canteen facilty.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

The company is based on the sales and service sector I used to work under the service sector as a customer care executive. I love the fact that I was a part of a team that makes me reliable, high quality .

Dislikes

Compensation was very decent, the growth also was good.The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have worked 11-12 hours straight in a day sometimes I have attended or make a calls to the customers in the evening. Managers do not value an individual unique strength. Some times I do receive appreations at the same time they do don't value it. When they want us to do any urgent works means they will ask us politely at the same time time when we are in emergency they do not care about it and they will shout on us which pains me a lot.

Most of the employees are working only for MD as he treats employees as children.

Management need to concentrate on the employees who do not take company as granted, but unfortunately management takes care who do injustice to the company.
