Salary paid was less as per work alloted to me.Staff was not so qualified as was required for further development.There was lot of opportunity to explore your speaking ability among students.Politics was as usual.Got opportunity to work as Principal as well for three months.

Dislikes

Staff recruited was less as per requirement.For upliftment & growth of institution better and dedicated staff was required.Management was hesitant to pay more. As such politics prevailed.Work environment and work life balance was satisfactory.
