I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone—neither freshers nor experienced professionals. Most of the staff are from Chennai and primarily speak Tamil, which can be a challenge if you're from another state. English communication is poor, and when you ask for help, the usual response is just "Yes, yes" without any real assistance. No one supports you when you're stuck. Seniors may even scold you without any reason. The company relies heavily on interns, with very few regular employees. The workload is overwhelming and affects your health. They might call you anytime—even on holidays or after work hours. Saturday and Sunday holidays are just a myth; you're burdened with tasks on Friday that ruin your weekend, and by Monday, it all starts again. I haven’t even completed a year here and I’m already thinking about resigning. They have multiple companies with different name so please take care of it.
