Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. ...ficient and also not wanting to develop, paid staffs after working 70 / 75 days. Whoever want to join, should have 2 months salary in hand. No appraisal for employees, being a head of deptt while I recommended to anyone for good skill and knowledge - not implemented due to politics.

Dislikes

My salary reduced first while joining and changed the structure though not told during interview. Not paid Rs. 30,000.00 in my last 3 salary. Salary is still giving 65 / 70 days late which I had to face. Totally inefficient management.
