Working environment is pathetic. Everybody in the company should have the sales man spirit or he would be thrown off by the internal poliyics and favouritism. They do not really care about what you are doing, and they really dont care if you are a technical person. They just want how much items they have sold out over a month...just like a kiraana shop. Upper management is pathetic and runs completely on flattery and psychophency. They have nothing o do with the performance of the employee. If someone dont fell in their gangs they play lot of internal politics and create an environment so horrible that you have to loose you side and ending up with resignation. And director of company blames you tha youve cheated the rganization. This is not a vompany. Its a dukaan. Where you are not engineers, you are literally chotus that work on kiraana shops. And your job is just to measure daal chaval in scale and sell it to customer. Dont waste your hard earned educational degree and knowledge here.
