I worked as a cse for Adroit. learned a lot there. HR and seniors are very cooperative and helpful. QA and TLs are also very supportive.

Salary is very less if we compare with other companies for same profile.

...this as your last option if you really don't find anything else in the market... Salary is very low and even career growth.. Too much politics... Poor hygiene poor facility.. Toilets are smelly... Even the water facility is a poor.. Unhealthy environment

They did not detect the salary unnecessarily, apart from this there was no pressure regarding excess work

Salary was quite late, apart from this, at the time of promotion, the management used to promote those who were known to them.
