Work was decent. Reporting Boss treated good. Projects were good learning experience.

Dislikes

Poor Salary range for experience. Barely any hike unless you try to resign. then they try to hike the salary. Some Delivery managers are worse. random illogical demands and pressure will be maintained by them.

Worst company ever I have worked, no proper management, no ontime salary, they don't even provide salary slips.. No single point which I can admire

Very much worst company I have ever worked, no on-time salary, no work life balance, they don't even provide salary slips, no learning, no skill upgradation .. In short waste of your talent and skills

The team I worked with was very co-operative and fulfilled majority of the tasks that i had assigned them. The management was also prompt in disbursing payments against my invoices and were very supportive(Administration as well as the Directors) and professional in their approach.

Dislikes

There is no consistency in on-job training.After a certain level the scope for growth is a challenge.. One of the greatest challenges was puling expert consultants to multiple projects without intimation leaving he project manager with his skill in handling the sudden absence of project-assigned consultants.

If you're Fresher and having enough saving amount then it is a good place for learning. Where as if you're looking for survival job then it is a bad bad bad company, I have experienced a worst situation with Adroit Infotech Ltd.

No commitment, No Caring, they don't be on a word.
