All the team leaders are experienced and down to earth people, they are extremely talented and helpful in nature. So much to learn in a positive environment. Chairman is polite and knowledgeable person. Great place to work.

Company Culture is good. Timing also fine. Everyone avoid unnecessary Pressure. All Department heads are polite and soft spoken. Management are supportive. also values each and every individual. Great Place to work.

As a fresher engineer you will have opportunity to visit various sites and learn new things on-site . As various electrical products are manufactured at same place, so you will have opportunity to learn about various things at one place.

Dislikes

I will only advice adroit for freshers only who want to learn basics of Electrical field. Growth rate is very saddening as after doing hard work for the company you will be disheartened by the increment, i.e, ("ooth k moh me jeera"). But overall, my best wishes to Adroit Control because the time at adroit had taught me a lot, whether it is personal or professional.

Adroit Control is SME. Director of Company is very good & down to the earth. Salary/Appraisal is upto market standard and as well as on the basis of individual performance. Work Environment is very friendly.
