Dislikes

Mainly controlled from Hyderabad management. So no growth opportunities in other locations like Pune, Chennai. All opportunities like promotions, new projects etc are passed on to Hyd associates. Others are given second citizen treatment. Most of the products are from acquired companies and use old technologies. Tech stack is very old and no/less work on cutting edge technologies.

No work life balance. Too much work pressure. Managers without people management and development expertise . No technical trainings. No healthy work environment. Perception based appraisals.

Management making the organization as worst in India. All old heads in hierarchy. Uses old methodology. Heavy Internal Politics. Less pay, Manager eats of the amount that is left on an associate. No proper hikes. No shift allowance. Sr. Managers are the worst of the worst. There brain does not brain. They only use their subordinates to get suggestions. Even if we raise a dispute with Managers to HR. They still support Management through all sorts of possible ways. Transport is one of the flop. First of all infrastructure is the worst selection. They cant even fix lift issues. Its only for name same a beast ADP.

You have to courier all your original documents. - Variable pay is not even paid 50% as shown in offer - Hikes are less than 2% sometimes no hikes - During go-lives you have to extend and support 15 to 16 hours - Worst Casual leaves. You will be entitled with 12 CL's and can be used continuously for 2 days and not more than that. If falls on Monday/Friday then only one day
