Less scope of knowledge, poor coordination with remote workers led to false position in front of client. Appraisal is very much dependent on manager oiling

Good teammates,co-operative

Dislikes

Teammates good, training not imparted,job was secured,had given opportunity for career growth,salary was ok but appraisal was not done. Forced to take CRS ad company was not doing well and not in a position to take care of employees and forced to take CRS (compulsary retirement scheme). Further all was in managements hands and employed all new staff (specially lady employees) as they are very efficient ????

I liked only about the campus greenery.

1. Department (R&D and Defence) higher authorities will call continuously for work (namesake) on all saturdays, even work doesn't exist. All HRs of the company are involved in it. 2. Work culture and work ethics are very poor in R&D and Defence Dept. 3. Toxic environment, and mocking employees are at its peak here. 4. Especially in R&D, Work-Life balance is very worst here. 9-6PM is not maintained. Next level of time management like coming at 9AM morning and should leave around 7PM sometimes 8PM also appreciated by the higher authorities of these departments. 5. R&D and defence employees are not encouraged to involve in company's fun and sports activities by the HODs. 6. Very poor food quality is maintained and complaints are least bothered by HOD, HR and food committees. This (very poor food quality) is especially at R&D dept. 7. As usual Politics is common here. Always target employees and ensures more work load. Its not R&D department, I felt Kindergarten, where employees are used to update work after every 60 mins. 8. Taking holidays are a crime here. Never ever grant a holiday more than 1 day even if you fall sick, attending family functions, etc. 9. Professional ethics are not followed by R&D and Defence HODs. We have to inform them even our personal matters, just to take that 1 holiday. Even holidays also, HOD encourages other employees to call the person (holiday taken) and unnecessarily ask the work update. 10. If all the problems resolved then only its a great place to work otherwise its not a place to work. I think it won't resolve until those HODs get retired.

Micromanagement, favouritism, nepotism, will ask to show you flexibility but when it's their time to show flexibility they'll forget, they'll not allow you to buyout notice period(it is of 3 months, even for freshers) even though it's clause is there in appointment letter, it's one core value is BE BRUTALLY HONEST but they don't like when someone follows it.

Employment bond Joining bond After bond they are asking to work on Saturdays and Sundays. Even workings day asking to stay late night 11-12. Taking project orders without much manpower.
