Compensation is way below that of its peers. Managers are not valued despite spending 12 to 14 hours. Also, whenever manager compensation-related questions come up management simply gives a reply which doesn't justify. There is no work-life balance for managers as we have to handle the India team as well as the US counterparts. We work 12-14 hours daily. Also, most of the time I go to meetings with very little time to learn and upskill. Because of these, it becomes really hard to grow.

..."Good morning", "Good afternoon", "Good evening", and if possible, "Good night". Remarkably these actions, more than actual job performance, are touted as the key to promotion and a substantial salary increase. It's noteworthy that mastering office politics, engaging in backbiting, and merely being present take precedence over task accomplishment.

Adobe is a completely motivated placed, inspires you to think innovative/creative/design. People do appreciate you and inspire you for the creative work. You get ample number of options to improve professional knowledge.

Dislikes

...eadership team, should first go through stringent assessment before onboarded. Compensation/onboarding process wise, Adobe stands average/poor. Talent acquisition team are in their own universe while speaking with candidates; less experienced about the requirement background and many times convey wrong impression about position. Performance revisions are alway below expectation; no valid reason shared for lower revisions etc. Health insurance package is below standard. I had better experience/facilities in my previous organisation about health/insurance; where they took care of everything. While at Adobe the HR team will connect you to the insurance representative and assume their job is done!

Adobe is a complete package, festival celebrations, almost every sport, gym, awesome free food, team trips, one of the best companies to work for.

Dislikes

Many Adobe products are in maintenance phase, so learning is not that much, and specifically for software engineer profile.

Compensation - fairly high "EMPLOYEE CARE" - they treat you like assets Work-life balance is fair appraisal - average work environment - awesome innovations - employees are always encouraged to innovate

Dislikes

Politics - senior employees sometimes get too politically dirty to pursue their ambitions.
