Remarkably these actions, more than actual job performance, are touted as the key to promotion and a substantial salary increase. It's noteworthy that mastering office politics, engaging in backbiting, and merely being present take precedence over task accomplishment.

Compensation - fairly high "EMPLOYEE CARE" - they treat you like assets Work-life balance is fair appraisal - average work environment - awesome innovations - employees are always encouraged to innovate

Politics - senior employees sometimes get too politically dirty to pursue their ambitions.

The only good thing about Adobe is it’s compensation and stocks that it gives to all employees

Culture is terrible. Full of politics. The worst management and leaders are I have seen in my working life. The work that one gets to do at Adobe India is superficial and very backoffice like. No learning, no challenges ... just meetings and politics.

Skills development and learning is good. There are lot of perks like well being allowance and professional development allowance.

Company has hired higher management from service company and the culture is moving towards cost cutting and increase the margin rather than improving the quality of deliverables

Compensation is way below that of its peers. Managers are not valued despite spending 12 to 14 hours. Also, whenever manager compensation-related questions come up management simply gives a reply which doesn't justify. There is no work-life balance for managers as we have to handle the India team as well as the US counterparts. We work 12-14 hours daily. Also, most of the time I go to meetings with very little time to learn and upskill. Because of these, it becomes really hard to grow.
