Adnoc HQ management is good with all adnoc employees but internal management like central workshops is worst they play own. Just like animal they treats. They kill ur dreams.

Wonderful and supportive colleagues who were there till 2016

Dislikes

Worst HR Team who does not care for the employees. Take years for addressing any monthly salary deductions, Attendance reports correction, compensations, Full and Final settlement etc... The HR Team including their Manager and Leadership Team prevents you from escalating any complaints on this regards to Higher levels and take any discriminatory action without any natural justice or a chance for your to speak

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
