There is a lot of departmental politics, & management doesn't address our issues , salary is decent but career growth is very slow. Selection procedure is not see ur talent, it see reference base selection, it not see the capability of person here , HOD is not capable that position

If possible give extra payment to the staff who works 1 hour or 2 hours extra because he works 10 to 11 hours on weekend an holidays but he dose not get payment according to his work and the changing room for the staff should be neat and clean. THANK YOU

My team is very good and here is very enjoyment. We are giving service to happiness to the our guest. Its giving satisfaction what we support here.

The park is located in remote area. Out of Mumbai and downgrade of business in Covid 2019 situation.

I got very good boss, that is the reason I could survive in Adlabs for such a long time.. but finally Adlabs had tremendous financial loss which mgmt. could never cover up..But we had really a very very nice team..

Adlabs never thought about profits.. they were just running behind very big success, which they never achieved.. Now... Its very difficult for Adlabs to become a profit making company..

The Employees who are taking care of the guest, are really hardworking, they are focused to grow. They are passionate towards their work.

The Management style, for an organisation of this size, one CEO is enough to run the show. Having two CEO is like putting pressure on you wage bill, similarly is the Finance department. Instead of optimizing manpower at lower level, they need to look at the top level. Also when the business is at loss, the first thing should be to get rid of the heavy weight top brass instead of lower level.
