Nothing is good here , employees are treated like shit here, i was the DISTRICT SALES MANAGER OF this company in south kerala i was handling like 5 districts and My ASM( sp jayaram) he was the worst manager i ever worked with. I was completing my target in sucession but that egoistic creep asked to give resignation for taking 2 days of holiday that too i got approval from the company. I serverd 4 years of my life and career there. When i joined the south kerala was a mess , the real reason behind the termination was he wanted to appoint some of his girl friends in the south zone .

Everything HR is very poor i even dout there is a HR in that company. It took a lengthy battle of 3 months for getting my final settlement bemifits

Company heigher key management or Manegers (vp sir mr. Dipak) is a real gem.

DISLIKE NO 1 - LOCAL MANAGEMENT NO 2 - LOCAL MANAGEMENT NO 3 - LOCAL MANAGEMENT AND WILL GO ON HOW FAR YOU CAN COUNT.. THEY NEED TO LEARN AND PRACTICE SOME GOOD BEHAVIOUR.. SPEACIALLY ASM IS BIG ZERO .. ONLY RAISE COMPLAINT AGAINST YOU AND DONT KNOW HOW TO SUMMARISED THE SITUATION OR PROBLEM.. THAT PARTICULAR ASM IS A BIG FU_ING IDIOT. GO AND LEARN HOW TO MANAGE PEOPLE OR BUILD A STRONG TEAM .. YOUR DICTATOR SHIP IS A BIG BULL SHIT NOTHING ELSE .. SHOW SOME MANNER.. IF MARKET IS BIG WELL THEN YOU ARE A SMALL FROG , MIND IT.

There Was a Team atmosphere. High bonding & reliability as well supportive management by keeping commitments earlier. Their staff Payments were good .Management looked seriously on individual initiative and contribution.

But presently situation above CHANGED unexpectedly & drastically . When I joined on June 2019 I was specifically said by Interviwer there is No Retirement age consider in this organisation Only working by heart & performance is highly considered. I suffered a cerebral cardiac attack on 17 th July 2019 on the 2nd day of Unlock Covid on an official Tour and was on leave but rejoined on 2 Nov 2019. The said incident happened while travelling on official tour since 14th July 2019 while I was on pilling drive on 2 wheeler in between Andal & Durgapur on NH. The entire treatment heavy cost was geared by me .However I continued my service spending heavily on transportation and energy with utmost sincerity despite all odd of COVID Lockdown and strain. During this period in 2020 I launched heavily on new mens range brands & wintercare products.Till this period everything was smooth and fine . But suddenly in Sept 2021 my management came to Kolkata after 2 & 1/2 years of since lockdown and informed me that I should go for Retirement .Moreover it is to be informed that I earned a heavy Qtr2 incentive in 2021 for the achievement .I objected and requested him not to do so as I am totally dependent on my job as my entire savings is gone in treatment. But the gentleman was reluctant and I was pulled for Retirement without benefits as may be he had convinced upper management that he will get some fresh ang young person in replacement I deeply appologise to the my said mentor for providing a sad full ending with me. BUT I assure that I will again join an organisation and will show my mentor that they were absolutely wrong about their wrong decision .

Nothing to dislike as everything goes smoothly be Salaries, claims, appraisal, environment, product launches.

Vary good company who understands the market . Never puts unnecessary pressure on staff. One can feel secure in terms of Job stability and financial security in this company

Dislikes

Less aggressive to put the competition on back foot.
